Pancakes for Pieta

As part of our Amber Flag initiative we held a fundraiser for Pieta House in Shrove Tuesday "Pancakes for Pieta". Thank you to Colette our head chef for all her help and organising with the event. We had lots of happy faces and full tummys on the day. Thank you to everyone for supporting a great cause. With your generosity we managed to raise a whopping €270 for Pieta House.

 

 

We have now completed our 2nd goal for our Amber Flag application. Our first goal was the Wellbeing Week we held in January and the 3rd goal we have is to continue building community in our classes by having our morning meetings. This is a great way to start our day in school and teachers and students are seeing and feeling the benefits!!
